Having first performed together in the early 1990s as part of Gary Crosby’s Nu Troop, these distinguished musicians now pay tribute to the legendary partnership of Julian “Cannonball” Adderley and John Coltrane.
Their performance will meticulously recreate the iconic Cannonball Adderley Quintet in Chicago album, capturing the spirit, energy, and brilliance of one of jazz’s most historic collaborations. Joining them will be Rick Simpson on piano, Mikele Montolli on double bass, and Winston Clifford on drums. Do not miss this extraordinary musical experience.
