New Roots Presents: Henry Taylour with support from Anna Milne
Green Note Ltd, The Basement Bar, NW1 7AN , [Venue Details]Henry Taylour is a folk artist from Oxfordshire in the UK. Having released 2 EPs, his third EP ‘Aftersun’ was described by Clash Magazine as ‘re-contextualising folk tropes while adding pop directness.'
Following a spell in East Africa, Henry’s debut album ‘A Relentless Pursuit of Happiness’, produced by Taylour and Ryan Samuel Bentley (Jake Bugg), was released in February 2025.
ANNA MILNE:
Raised in the midlands, Anna Milne shaped her musical identity somewhere between the gritty pub music scene and the vast American West where she found her love for Americana music. Her original songs bring those two worlds together, blending dusty acoustic grooves with raw, understated songwriting, delivering a laid-back, rootsy vibe that feels timeless but entirely her own.
