13 Mar 2025
@7.30pm

What began in 2020 as a lo-fi project under the name Fordë has since evolved into a bold, emotive sound that blends raw punk energy with modern production. Harrison’s early releases garnered attention from BBC Introducing, featuring tracks from his mixtape and two EPs. Over time, as his artistry deepened and his sound matured, the name Junk Season was born to reflect a fresh direction.

“Blink, early Paramore, THIS is what reminds me of that...”

- Kerrie Cosh, BBC Introducing (Three Counties & Northants)

At its core, Junk Season is pop punk redefined for a new era, exploring themes like self-doubt, anxiety, and the chaos of life. Drawing inspiration from personal struggles and growing up on bands like Blink-182, Harrison channels both nostalgia and innovation into music that resonates deeply. His goal is simple: to write songs that people can lean on, just like he did with his favourite bands —whether you’re seeking understanding or a momentary escape.
