This Duo was born in 2019 even though both musicians saxophonist Joe McPhee and double bass player John Edwards have played together for decades in many free jazz formation.
It happened in the austrian mountains at the festival Artacts in Tirol, in the afternoon with snowy mountains glimmer through the windows. One of those magical moments in music, where the audience sat there completely moved - with tears in the eyes, tears of happiness.
