At 14, he was accepted into the Juilliard School’s Pre-College Division in New York, studying with Dr. Ernest Barretta. In August 2025, he will begin his undergraduate studies at the Juilliard School under the tutelage of Professor Yoheved Kaplinsky.

As a rising pianist, Wu has performed at prestigious venues, including Carnegie Hall, St. Petersburg State Capella Concert Hall, the National Opera Centre (USA), Van Cliburn Concert Hall, Merkin Concert Hall, and the Shanghai Oriental Art Centre.
He has appeared as a soloist with orchestras such as the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, Xiamen Philharmonic Orchestra, New York International Youth Philharmonic, Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, New York Symphony Orchestra, and the Moscow State Conservatory Symphony Orchestra.
