The BlackPrint Concert
The Phoenix Arts Club, WC2H 8BU , [Venue Details]The BlackPrint Concert: A Fearless Declaration of Black Artistry Taking Up Space
This event is more than just a fundraiser, it’s a movement. Created by Olivier-nominated actor Emmanuel Akwafo and emerging talent Marcus Collick, this concert is a bold statement of Black creative power.
It brings together seasoned West End performers and rising stars to showcase the richness, diversity, and excellence of Black artistry in theatre and music. Despite the wealth of talent within the Black creative community, access to opportunities, resources, and funding remains a significant barrier. The Blackprint seeks to address this gap by not only providing a platform for underrepresented voices but also generating financial support to help nurture the next generation of Black artists in theatre, music, and beyond.
