The boys’ distinctive white robes recall Libera’s traditional origins, yet their music and unique arrangements – which are at once both ancient and modern – reach across the generations to a wide audience. They have sung on stage in the Yankee Stadium, New York, the Hibiya Music Festival in Japan and the world youth event in Krakow, Poland as well as on live TV in Japan, Korea and the Philippines.
Their success in album charts across the world, and almost 220 million views on our won YouTube channel , bear witness to the extraordinary appeal of this unique ‘boy band’. Libera is known to British audiences at venues as diverse as Westminster Cathedral & the South Bank in London, to the Edinburgh Festival, and many UK cathedrals. They are often to be heard on Classic FM Radio and have appeared on many BBC-TV and radio programmes, including “Songs of Praise”.
