ROOM11:
Eclectic power duo recently formed in South London. In a very short they managed to achieve a unique sound that incorporates an old school approach with a modern appeal. Piercing vocals and fat, riffy guitars are joined together by heavy beats, fused with a touch of electronica-synth, creating a wall of sound with catchy melodies!
Their debut Ep, "We All Fall Down" was recorded with Dave Draper (Nickleback, Terrorvision, Wild
Hearts etc.) and their music has been featured on BBC1 Introducing, PlanetRock, Soho Radio and L.A.stations KROQ and KXFM among others. If you're a fan of Royal Blood, Soft Play, The Yeah Yeah Yeas and Death From Above, ROOM11 are definitely going to be your new favourite band!
Led by singer/guitarist Yinka, Sabatta play a forceful blend of hard rock, punk and funk. While drawing comparisons to the likes of QOTSA, Hendrix & Bad Brains, Sabatta have developed very much their own sound, so expect something new - it's about inspiration not imitation .
