The Water Rats, WC1X 8BZ , [Venue Details]Japan Underground returns! Exactly 15 years after the very first event! For those who joined JPU Records journey recently, we actually started life as a club night that toured around the UK playing our favourite tunes from Japan.
On the way bands kept asking us if they could join in and play, including a bunch of bands we really love, such as FACT, [Alexandros], PASSEPIED, Kero Kero Bonito, as well as countless others.
Now, exactly 15 years since the very first show, we’re back providing a live stage for bands and a place for like minded people to meet and hangout. The first live band has been announced, the fantastic I SEE ORANGE. One more band has yet to be announced, but will be a new signing to JPU Records from Japan.
