FEAR KNOT - Joy Tan

"I'm going to fight God. Honestly. F*ck Him."

Irreverent, genuine and mildly sacrilegious, FEAR KNOT uses a tangle of knots to untangle the complex effects of colonialism and purity culture on the female body. What does colonialism have to do with sex? And rope bondage with purity? Part-lament, part church ritual, mostly-unplanned, unravel the complexities of making a show on your colonisers' land, and using your other colonisers’ traditional, sexual art form to do so.

SAINTMAKING - Gabriele Uboldi

Accompanied by an interactive live score, SAINTMAKING is a lyrical, post-human fantasia about the body and the internet, inspired by the true story of the Patron Saint of computer programmers.

Combining an interactive soundtrack with an electrifying libretto, SAINTMAKING is a 21st-century opera about the space between sweating and glitching, aching and hacking, in the ever-human search for a good connection.

Award-winning migrant- and queer-led company Undone Theatre is proud to present this brand new show by critically acclaimed writer and director Gabriele Uboldi and award-winning sound designer and composer Theo Foley.
