@7.30pm

Get ready for an evening of sparkling tunes, tangled romances, and razor-sharp wit as, following sell-out performances of Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin and Donizetti’s The Elixir of Love last summer, Wild Arts returns to Opera Holland Park with a brand-new production of Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro. Presented in the company’s trademark pared-back style, the production marks the directing debut of international opera star Danielle de Niese.

On the morning of their wedding, Figaro and Susanna discover that their employer, the amorous Count Almaviva, has his sights set on the bride-to-be. What follows is one madcap day of disguises, misunderstandings, and ingenious plotting as servants outsmart masters and love triumphs against the odds.
