Chaeyoung Lee is a dedicated flautist from Seoul, South Korea. She graduated from Sunhwa Arts High School in Korea and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Royal College of Music, studying with Sue Thomas and Katie Bedford. She has completed her Master of Arts at the Royal Academy of Music and is now pursuing the Professional Diploma under the guidance of Paul Edmund‑Davies, Katherine Baker, and Keith Bragg.
Chaeyoung has achieved notable recognition in various international competitions. She was awarded 2nd Prize at the Padova Competition in Italy and gained 2nd Prize at the All That Flutes Competition, which led to a solo concert with the Orchestra de Câmara de Cascais e Oeiras in Portugal.
An innovative pianist, Julian Chan has performed at Wigmore Hall, Nanjing Poly Theatre, and Palau de la Música Catalana. He won First Prize at the Nanyang International Music Competition and at the Coulsdon and Purley Festival for Rachmaninoff’s Third Piano Concerto. A composer and new‑music advocate, he has collaborated with Hans Abrahamsen, Deborah Pritchard, and Peter Seabourne.
