The Sinclairs is the collaboration of two old friends, Rat Scabies (The Damned etc) & Billy Shinbone, (Flipron, Neville Staple) swapping files & talking for hours on the phone every night, then calling on other old friends & making records.
In 2019 what started out as a small side-project playing surf-rock instrumentals quickly morphed into a world of psychedelic, gurgly electronic soundtracks for their first and critically acclaimed 2020 debut album "Sparkle".
Sophomore album The Long Slow Death Of A Cigarette found them breaking out even further, adding guest vocalists to a mix of skittery garage rock, arctic ambience, fuzzy orchestral pop & the odd dusty torch song.
