The Old Blue Last, EC2A 3ES , [Venue Details]A-Tota-So are heading out on tour in September and we're delighted to be hosting them at The Old Blue Last on the 27th!
They will celebrate the release of their latest album “I Told You So” mixed by Mark Roberts (Delta Sleep, Vower, Black Peaks, Poly-Math) by gracing us with their stage presence.
This noisy alt-rock/math-rock trio from Nottingham combine intricate and technical playing with big catchy riffs and a variety of vocals. To date the band have worked with over 80 different guest vocalists live meaning no two shows are ever the same!
They bring Poptones with them all the way from Copenhagen. The band were born out of improvisation and built on explosions of dynamic shifts and jagged riffs, this is a band you will want to see live.
The band combines elements of noise rock, punk, post-metal, and prog with a huge textured sound that includes saxophone, vibraphone, lap steel, alongside the traditional guitar, bass and drums.
They recently released their album “Pure” which also features Victor Kaas (EYES, LLNN) for one of their heaviest and most unrelenting songs yet.
Salang open the show, this new outfit formed from a variety of other London bands play angular melodic alt-rock tinged with a bit of emo/indie with the odd huge riff thrown in.
