A monthly new artist showcase by Dash The Henge and Underground® at Vespers Club Peckham
Pink Eye Club is the work of South London’s one-man-disco-machine and self-confessed nerd Haydn Davies. He crafts high-energy electronic music on a laptop, and has been showcasing his explosive live sets at the packed-out regular club nights he runs, ‘Pink Eye’s Sunday Roast’ at Windmill, Brixton, and ‘Pink Eye’s Paradise’ at The George Tavern.
Star City make an infectiously danceable, synth-heavy blend of disco, post punk, techno, and acid house, with nods to influences such as Gabber, Baile Funk, Comet is Coming, and Italo Disco.
Neuro Placid is what happens when social satire meets punk rap, so very much in the vein of MF DOOM, Sleaford Mods, and Slowthai in that sense.
