Growing up, Chxrry went from honing her voice as a kid in the Toronto neighborhood of Scarborough to kicking her career into high gear in Atlanta during 2017. Building buzz independently, she attracted XO to her corner and became its “first female signing.” She dropped The Other Side EP [2022] and Siren EP [2023]—which included “Favorite Girl” [feat. Offset]. She shined as a dynamic performer on stage in stadiums across Australia and New Zealand with The Weeknd, cementing her reputation as a global performer. She also supported Mariah The Scientist on tour, with artists such as Rema and Destin Conrad bringing her out repeatedly in Toronto to represent. Kicking off 2026, Chxrry expanded her international reach with European tour dates supporting Mariah The Scientist.
