Farewell Transmission: A Celebration of Jason Molina

The final part of the night will see a live performance of Jason Molina (Songs: Ohia, Magnolia Electric Co) songs by Brown Horse with a supporting cast of special guests, to be announced.
Brown Horse make twangy and thoughtful indie rock, delicately arranged, but unafraid of building a yowling wall of guitars, accordion, and pedal steel. The Norwich, England-based group, which is the joint project of four songwriters (Patrick Turner, Emma Tovell, Nyle Holihan & Rowan Braham), released their third album, Total Dive, earlier this year, just ahead of their first North American tour. Distorted, teary-eyed and country-tinged, this is music for long lonely drives and late, late nights in strange places.
