There are no guarantees, of course, but the more imaginative the request, the better.
Renowned for her powerful voice and magnetic stage presence, Vula has worked with an extraordinary range of artists, including Sam Smith, Clean Bandit, Adele, Robert Glasper, Kurt Elling and Incognito. She is perhaps best known for her longstanding collaboration with Basement Jaxx, including co-writing their Top 10 hit Oh My Gosh! .
Alongside her work as a performer and songwriter, Vula has become one of the UK’s most respected vocal directors and arrangers. Recent projects include serving as Vocal Musical Arranger and Director for Quincy Jones orchestral productions with Jules Buckley, as well as vocal direction for Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics and a series of acclaimed BBC Proms performances, where she introduced her vocal ensemble, Vula’s Chorale.
Expect a world-class band, just the right level of spontaneity, and a set shaped by you!
