The Troubadour, SW5 9JA , [Venue Details]The Slick are a London-based indie four-piece formed at the University of St Andrews, bringing together Britpop storytelling, funk-driven grooves and sharp lyrics about everyday London life.
With influences ranging from Blur, Pulp and David Bowie to The Divine Comedy and The 1975, their live set combines energetic originals with crowd-focused medleys designed to get the room moving.
The band has built a strong live reputation across Scotland and London, playing festivals, balls,
fashion shows and headline sets, before relocating to London to bring their sound home. Recent London shows include The Troubadour and Amersham Arms, where they have continued to grow a loyal live following.
Astrocats are a London-based alternative rock trio blending grunge, shoegaze, and punk into a raw, energetic sound built for the stage. Combining fuzzy riffs, driving rhythms, and melodic hooks, the band brings a loud, chaotic, and uncompromising live show.
Connor Bannister is a solo singer-songwriter from Melbourne, Australia. Having moved to the UK to pursue the music scene here, he performs original music ranging from upbeat choruses to heartbreak ballads, using just his voice, guitar and loop pedal.
