Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Jamile Costa Destro began studying the violin at the age of ten through a social music programme supporting children and families from disadvantaged backgrounds. Her passion for orchestral and chamber music quickly emerged, leading her to start her early orchestral leader career after just a couple of years learning the violin.

At thirteen, she gave her first solo performance at MASP (São Paulo Museum of Art) and was awarded a scholarship for a three-week exchange programme with The Juilliard School in New York.

André Luiz Bertoncini Feltrin is a Brazilian collaborative pianist specialising in opera and chamber music. He completed his Master of Arts in Piano Accompaniment with Distinction (DipRAM) at the Royal Academy of Music, studying with Michael Dussek and James Baillieu.
