Featuring Mahiran Nessa Jannat, Md Humaun Kabir, Rowshanara Moni and Baul Abdul Shohid. There will be English narration/summation of each song by bilingual poet T Ahmed M Kaysher.
This live event celebrates the rich heritage of Baul music from Lalon to Shah Abdul Karim. The concert will feature both traditional melodies and original compositions.

Maharin Nessa Jannat is a London-based Lalon singer from Kushtia. She plays the harmonium and khomok, bringing authenticity to her performances, rooted in heritage. A folk artist, her voice carries the soil of her roots. Through simple, evocative melodies, she shares stories of life, love, longing, and truth, passed from heart to heart.
