Container, the long-running electronic project of Ren Schofield, and Australian percussionist Will Guthrie present their rhythmically explosive new duo, combining Schofield's raw, angular electronics with Guthrie's propulsive percussion.
Also performing are Nick Klein and Audrey Chen, whose improvisational collaboration explores the shifting interplay between voice and electronics, moving fluidly between distinction and symbiosis while pushing towards extremes of dynamics and affect.
Throughout the evening, DJ Hesaitix (fka M.E.S.H) offers a rare glimpse into the more abstract and adventurous corners of his musical world. His selections move fluidly between the club and the outer edges of experimental music, leaving room for deviation and open-ended exploration.
