With a mix of reinterpreted blues gems from the likes of Howling Wolf, Jimmy Reed, Ray Charles and other master of the genre, and some hard-hitting original material from their recent album, SHAKE THE BLUES, which launched at Mycenae House, SONIC BLUE will be bring along some irresistible grooves.
Expect some guest musicians to join the band as they play through tracks from their last two album. Expect great vocals, slide guitar, harmonica and a super-tight rhythm section from these highly experienced musicians. Expect an evening of inspired playing and danceable grooves.
Having collectively worked with artists such as Fairground Attraction, Manfred Mann, Billie Bragg, The Dylan Band and with a history of festivals, TV, touring and recording. SONIC BLUE bring a wealth of experience and passion to the stage
