It provides creative and career opportunities to five participants from underrepresented groups and/or creators who are facing significant barriers to accessing the music industry.
The programme provides development time in the studio, mentoring, networking opportunities and career support. Inside Track also includes a live performance event for the creators to showcase their work and celebrate their accomplishments
