During the show, Kat and her band sonically approach issues of Life, Love, Loss and Happiness, opening within the listener musical emotions hiding deeply in the soul!

Kat has shared the stage with many great artists, from Chicago Blues Queens Deitra Farr and Peaches Staten to Blues Hall of Fame inductees Mud Morganfield (Muddy Waters’s Eldest Son) and Lil’ Jimmy Reed. On tour, she and the band have opened shows for Joe Louis Walker, Craig Charles, and Eric Mingus (Son of Charles Mingus).

As a “Pop Artist” in the ’90s, Kat performed as a backing vocalist for Acid Jazz duo Diana Brown and Barrie K Sharpe along with “Skin” (Skunk Anansie). Their appearances on the Jonathan Ross Show have clocked up many “views” on YouTube.

Kat has also appeared with various artists on Top of The Pops, TGIF and Richard & Judy. She was a memorable face in many “pop promos” with artists such as the Chemical Brothers, Eternal, Boys II Men, and Sly & Robbie, to name a few.

In the” twenty-tens”, the band “Kat & Co was created. Their contemporary “beat” driven sound immediately gained rave reviews for their live shows. They recorded two studio albums, “I KAT THE BLUES” and “BLUES IS THE NEW COOL.
