Taking the idea further via the flute, Hungarian virtuoso Noemi Gyori joins the quartet to play Mozart’s D major Flute Quartet, and then the Theme and Variations for flute and strings by American composer Amy Beach, one of her most important chamber works, composed in 1916 and based on her song ‘Indian Lullaby’.
