Alexandra Leaving
Inspired by the title of a Leonard Cohen song, Alexandra Leaving’s music defies expectations. Raised in the West Midlands and now based in London, her self-described ‘cloud rock,’ blends intense, guitar-driven energy with the moody edges of indie rock. Influences include The Cranberries, Wolf Alice, Mitski, and The Kills.
PUNCHBAG
Colliding the raw unfiltered energy of punk, with the overflowing ecstasy of pop, emerges PUNCHBAG. A new electrifying brother-sister duo, from South London. With fierce tempos and ferocious energy, their music is an explosively cathartic release of raw intensity and unapologetic fun.
Slumber
Heineken-saturated denim. Loud, but without disturbing next door. Hedonism at its mildest. London’s newest and hottest (maybe) band aim to revive the indie party.
Slumber depict a romantic snapshot of the highs and lows of the capital’s after hours. Like auditors of the Great British house party, themes of love, debauchery and self-depreciation run central to Slumber’s commentary, much alike the mind of your typical twenty-something in the city.
