As they celebrate their 35-year anniversary, renowned jazz development organisation, Tomorrow’s Warriors, shines a spotlight on some of the finest young emerging jazz talent in London as they bring their Youth Ensemble to Karamel.

The Tom Barford Quintet bring a bold, modern approach to jazz, mixing up-tempo grooves, rich harmonies, and spirited improvisation.

Barry Green’s CV is vast, including work with the likes of Bobby Watson, Charles McPherson, Richie Cole and Us3 as well as with his own trio.

Following their popular sold-out shows in earlier this year, London-based jazz-pop band Luminoso returns to The Hampstead Jazz Club stage, for another unforgettable evening of music, glamour, and artistry.

At Limehouse de Reverie our resident players are Ewan Bleach’s Cable Street Rag Band. As the name suggests, they are a band that formed at the Cable Street studios in Limehouse who play Rags. But that is not all.

Celebrated as "the leader of the black avant-garde in Britain", Anthony Joseph is an award-winning Trinidadian poet, novelist and musician whose singular body of work fuses spoken word, jazz, Afrobeat, funk and the rhythms of the Caribbean.

Saxophonist Tamar Osborn is a composer, band leader, and session musician known for her innovative approach and versatility across genres.

Soul Immigrants have earned their stripes as one of London’s longest-running and most electrifying funk outfits. Led by the ever-charismatic Emrys Baird, the band deliver raw energy, fiery solos and irresistible grooves that get whole rooms moving.

A founding member of Electric Wire Hustle, Myele has released five solo albums, and racked up tours and collaborations with Jordan Rakei, Theo Parrish, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, Recloose and Amp Fiddler amongst others.

Named after jazz icon John Coltrane, London-born, LA-based singer-songwriter Col3trane has become one of the UK's most compelling voices in contemporary R&B.

We now have seating around table for early birds and wheelchair access, with all the usual facilities. Covid restrictions are gradually being lifted, but there’s room to socially distance and wear a mask if you prefer. Come and enjoy the best jazz in town!
