AEG Presents: Rising Week is back for 2026!

We're hoping to do more New Music Mondays - a night of new bands and new projects for free - this year. We had so many applications for the first one of the year on 5 Jan that we decided to do another one at haste.

Every Monday, Nickel Bar plays host to up-and-coming artists, handpicked by former BBC presenter and Radio 1 DJ Jodie Bryant, in partnership with Yamaha. Three new acts take the stage every Monday.

Come together with a variety of creatives as we test our abilities creating and performing: spoken words, songs, raps and so much more over all types of genres.

TOOTAWL
A looming presence in every sense, Tootawl’s music is frank, forward, and rich with emotion. Christened ‘too tawl’ due to his height whilst gigging in Nashville, the name stuck, and upon his arrival home to Ireland he began working as Tootawl.

Tuesday's "Spirit & Soul" live open mic Host - Hannah Khemoh, Oscar Stieler on Keys with support, seasoned musicians. Troybar is the hub where many artists have performed and blessed as they journeyed on.

Tony's earned himself the title of Human Jukebox for his live request shows - so don't be shy to ask for ya favourites! You can always expect a night of jam-packed variety when Tony hits the stage.

Mix serious soulful vocals with one hell'a groove on the guitar. Settle in for a proper little session from Denquar, you ain't gonna be leaving any time soon.

Greek Street Live is Soho’s iconic townhouse where there’s live music every night! Our bands take your requests, so you can soundtrack your night and live your best main character energy!

Entry is free before 9:00 PM, but after 9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, there is a £10 entry charge.
