Downstater is a pop-punk/indie rock band hailing straight from Quebec City. Melding the essence of rock music with punk rawness, this melodic achievement exhibits the trail of a spirited and raging youth with words expressed without compromise.

The atmosphere at Phil’s Open Mic Night is electric, and the crowd is always supportive and encouraging.

Entry is free before 9:00 PM, but after 9:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, there is a £10 entry charge.
