Think of this set as a sort of “Sunday Colour Supplement” to what you already know of Paul’s life in music. In a career that has produced a catalogue of great recordings and a well-documented autobiography, The Paul Brady Archive is an illuminating and essential gap filler.
Throughout his sixty-years on the job, he has built up a large collection of material that has previously never or rarely been commercially available. This set is mainly comprised of unreleased recordings from his home studio, concert performances and radio/TV broadcasts. Additionally, there are a few collaborations with other artists that may have escaped the notice of even the most dedicated of his fans.
