Julian Costello is a saxophonist and composer renowned for his eloquent and honest musical expressions. As US jazz critic Ken Avis aptly notes, it’s “musicianship in the service of the music more than the ego.” Julian’s approach invites listeners to connect deeply, transcending words and speaking directly to the soul.
Having been an integral part of Twickenham Jazz Club’s revival post-lockdown, Julian’s performances are always a treat. His internationally acclaimed album, Connections: without borders, showcases his talent for crafting melodies that bridge diverse cultures and experiences. This album, along with his latest release Julian Costello & Vertigo, will be available for purchase at the club.
