Music Supervised by Emmy Nominated Catherine Greeves (Baby Reindeer, Killing Eve). Black Feathers released in 2020 was produced by grammy nominated producer Dom Monks (Big Thief, Laura Marling, Nick Cave) Brookes was accompanied by a wealth of talented musicians which included Ethan Johns, Neil Cowley, Nick Pini, Daisy Palmer, Sam Sweeney & Rob Pemberton. Sam Brookes is reminiscent of Tim Buckley as he glides between the lower and upper registers of his four-octave range. His pure voice, evocative lyrics and soaring melodies have cemented him as a respected figure in the alt-folk scene as an artist & collaborator.
