Drawing his influence from a mix of genres and favourite artists, Cassius is heavily influenced by the world and sound around him, which has molded his musical taste and continues to draw from new sounds in the hope of creating a new sound of his own.
Cassius released his anticipated debut album ‘SANKOFA’ in August 2023 consisting of 8-tracks and remakes of his first two debut singles ‘LDN’ and ‘AKWAABA’ released in 2022. ‘AKWAABA’ being his first single, had strong support and featured on the ‘Robert Elms Show’ on BBC London Radio as part of the BBC Introducing Series curated by BBC Radio 1 host Jess Izatt. Cassius has released new music in March 2025, a single entitled ‘L.A. Sunsets I’ which saw him fly out to Los Angeles and film a music video to accompany the song which was released April 2025. Burning with bright energy out of North London-UK, Cassius is ready to take the world by storm with his exciting new music upon the horizon and is an excitIng new talent to come out of London.
