Fronted by world-class vocalist Lucy Randell, their unique set of exuberant, original contemporary jazz arrangements includes hits by, among many others, Dolly Parton, Madonna, U2, The Police, a-ha, The Human League, and Britney Spears.
Jazz Dynamos bandleaders Mark Adelman and Anders Janes met while working with London swing favourite Ray Gelato – first in the legendary Chevalier Brothers, then in Ray’s current band, the Giants. First started as a side project, Mark and Anders left Ray to concentrate full-time on Jazz Dynamos, working with some of the UK’s and further afield’s premium vocalists.
Over the last 15 years, the band has been fronted by outstanding singer Lucy Randell, and developed an eclectic and distinctive repertoire, resulting in high demand all over the world, performing at clubs, festivals, and private events for, amongst others, British and Hollywood Royalty!
The technique, versatility and sheer joy in Lucy’s singing, allied to the swingiest, funkiest, best-dressed rhythm section in the UK, make this a lively and entertaining show not to be missed.
