For the month of October, we shine the spotlight on a young Chinese singer called Chengbin Liu who fronts an innovative project named Jazz Puzzle. This quality quartet seeks to blend the rich traditions of jazz with contemporary influences, aiming to create an immersive and impactful musical experience.
Chengbin has slowly built a reputation on these shores with his unique vocal qualities that range from narrative storytelling to rhythmic dynamism. As a collective, him and his equally accomplished band members perform re-interpretations of much-loved jazz standards through fresh arrangements.
