Classically trained singer Francesca Mondi brings a rich blend of samba, swing, romantic Italian ballads and timeless jazz to the stage. With roots in opera and a Masters in Jazz Performance from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Francesca draws on a diverse range of influences - from Ella Fitzgerald to Esperanza Spalding.
Singing in Portuguese, Italian and English, she offers a fresh take on Brazilian classics, jazz standards and songs from the Great American Songbook - all delivered with smooth vocals and a natural, rhythmic flair.
She is joined by the acclaimed Alex Webb Trio, known for their tasteful arrangements and deep affinity for swing, groove and understated sophistication.
