A recent Trinity Laban graduate, Laurie’s sound is rooted in the jazz tradition - shaped through mentorship from Nikki Yeoh and Binker Golding - yet boldly mixes in hip-hop, funk, Latin jazz and classical influences.
Having performed with acclaimed artists including CELESTE, Liv. e and Lynda Dawn, and as part of the groups Cosmic Fusion, Lox, Sokkyo, Joti and Mackwood, Laurie has graced stages from London’s leading venues to international festivals. His performances move seamlessly from intricate swing and Latin-infused grooves to cinematic ballads, showcasing both technical mastery and emotional depth.
