Zephyr has lived this experience, regularly traversing New Zealand performing songs collected from local folk musicians alongside his own compositions inspired by his travels. By uniquely blending New Zealand’s folk and classical traditions, this evening offers a window into the obscure lives of some of New Zealand’s most genuine voices.
The repertoire is an eclectic mix of traditional New Zealand Pakeha and Maori songs collected from Waiheke Island, Hamilton, Raglan, Wellington, Westport, and Christchurch, alongside Zephyr’s own compositions.
