In between bonding over taking kettles and teabags on tour, they have spent many years improvising and exploring together. They are excited to share their new collaboration with you here today delving into folk, world, and early music, and their own compositions. Expect ukulele, harpsicle (small lever harp, not strange new harp-shaped popsicle), percussion, and voices. Your participation will be welcomed and encouraged.
Tightrope Moon cast a silver web over their audiences as violin, viola and vocals entwine in celestial sounds and hypnotic melodies. From gronky re-imaginings of English, Swedish and American tunes to delicate compositions and ethereal improvisations, their spiralling melodies feel like secrets whispered in the dark.
