We are thrilled to welcome back South London jazzy soul South London collective The Grove once again, for our first show of 2026, with special guest the wonderfully unique soul/rnb/acoustic singer-songwriter and cellist Satin Beige.
The Grove
London-based band ‘The Grove’ are making their mark on the local music scene and beyond. The 7-piece band offer an innovative sound that merges soulful vocals with eclectic sonic concoctions of jazz, funk, hip-hop and indie, all wrapped up within a catchy songwriting prowess. The group was formed by Joesepi, Robbie Whyte, Sheffy and Joel Slidel circa 2019 in Manchester, later solidifying their line up and sound in 2022, with the additions of Habiba Sesay, Peter Schünemann and Hudson Farley-Moore.
Satin Beige
Satin Beige is an R&B cellist and singer songwriter. Her cello-infused, lyrically soulful R'n'B has drawn comparisons to a "lovechild of Ed Sheeran and Alicia Keys", captivating audiences across the UK.
