Joined by London’s finest rhythm section, they will present a curated selection of songs from the Great American Songbook and beyond, including well-known classics from musicals such as “My Fair Lady” and “Brigadoon,” as well as hidden gems from their expansive body of work.
Sam Braysher, “whose warm tone and consonant and inquisitive approach to harmony is attracting growing attention on the British jazz scene”, (All About Jazz) is a London-based alto saxophonist. His three albums have received widespread critical acclaim. He takes a particular interest in interpreting lesser-played items from the American Songbook and jazz canon.
Annie Majin is a rising star vocalist and a skilled storyteller. Known for her charming stage presence and dynamic vocals, Annie has gained attention on the London Jazz circuit, as well as appearing in the UK premiere of Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812. She most recently featured in the Marylebone Theatre’s production of Cable Street.
