Rich Mix, The Studio, E1 6LA , [Venue Details]G Daal is a prominent figure in the Persian hip-hop scene. He began his career in 2012 and has released over five LP albums along with numerous singles, amassing millions of streams across major platforms.
He will be accompanied by Diata, an emerging Iranian singer; Mondy on live instruments; and MJoobi on electronics — coming together to create a unique and unforgettable performance.
Diata (Parmida Pourtavasoli) — Paris-based and originally from Esfahan, Diata debuted in 2018 as the lead singer of Iran’s band Octave. Now performing across Europe, she has collaborated with artists such as Sijal and G Daal and is emerging as a distinctive female voice in Persian Hip-Hop and R&B.
MJoobi (Soheil Mahjoobi) — A Paris-based producer, DJ, and sound engineer from Tehran, known for blending electronic and world-music elements. His award-winning remix of If You Go Away gained international support, and he has since worked with artists including Ali Azimi, Sogand, G Daal, Sijal, and Diata.
Mondy (Mahyar Ziazarifi) — Vienna-based music producer, pianist, and saxophonist with roots in classical composition and jazz. His versatile musicianship has led to collaborations across genres, contributing to various singles and albums.
This event marks the launch of Persian Rap Night, a new series curated by Vaak Records.
