London-based Lithuanian jazz singer, guitarist, and composer Ruta Di is quickly becoming one of the most exciting voices on the contemporary jazz scene. Born and raised in Vilnius, Ruta began her musical journey as a classical pianist before discovering her passion for jazz guitar as a teenager. After finishing her studies at the Lithuanian Music Academy, she moved to London, where she has lived and created for more than a decade. It was in London that she embraced singing and built her unique sound from the ground up, collaborating with a vibrant community of musicians.
