He will be joined by DESPERATE MEASURES, plus Half Moon favourites DAMAGE UK. The show runs between 1-5pm.
TV SMITH - was founder member, singer and songwriter for the Adverts, who formed in late 1976 and were one of the leading bands in the first wave of British punk rock. In early 1977 they performed regularly at the newly-opened Roxy Club in London, and gained cult success with the Stiff Records single "One Chord Wonders.
DESPERATE MEASURES - Inspired by the first Punk Rock explosion Desperate Measuresformed at the beginning of the’80s in Christchurch, New Zealand. Now Based in London, they play punk’n'Roll with a big helping of rock. Just imagine the Sex Pistols jamming with Guns N Roses and Iggy & the Stooges.
Damage UK - Half Moon regulars who trace their roots all the way back to the first Punk explosion of 1977 and London’s famous Roxy Club. Their original songs have great catchy melodies and soaring chords, and they have been described as "somewhere between The Clash and Joy Division.” Their onstage enthusiasm and passionate delivery never fails to engage audiences of all musical tastes.
