Founded in 2023 by Jonny Mansfield, Resonant Postcards is an artist-led label presenting original voices through long-term collaboration and a shared musical language. The label exists as a home for developing musical ideas, telling stories and presenting sound worlds carved through collaboration and community.
This special evening at Kings Place brings together four of the label’s core artists for a programme that traces the breadth of its output so far. Pianist Noah Stoneman will present his trio playing compositions from his forthcoming album Dance at Zero. Originally from North London, Noah has been living in New York in recent years, mentored by Fred Hersch. This will be followed by a duo performance from Olly Chalk and Sam Norris, featuring material from their respective albums In Those Remote Stars and Small Things Evolved Slowly.
