Lily Seabird
The Lexington, N1 9JB , [Venue Details]Seabird has shared “Demon in Me,” her first new single of 2026.
Having built a reputation for her singular voice and cutting lyricism, the new single arrives with high anticipation following her critically acclaimed 2025 album Trash Mountain, out now via Lame-O Records. “Demon in Me” is perhaps the most striking example to date of Seabird’s potent songwriting, beginning as a stark vocal & guitar before blossoming into a lush arrangement and ultimately collapsing into smoldering wreckage.
Since the release of Trash Mountain, Seabird’s life has continued in perpetual motion, touring with Mikaela Davis, Florry, Thomas Dollbaum, Dean Johnson, Robert Lester Folsom, and more. Her appearance at 2025’s End of the Road Festival led The Guardian to proclaim Seabird as “an indie star in the making… The Vermont songwriter has some of Big Thief to her brawny, easy rockers, coupled with a gorgeously open-hearted voice that recalls Lucinda Williams and Frances Quinlan of Hop Along.”
