Supported by BBC Introducing, BBC Radio 6 Music, BBC Radio 2 and KCRW, he released his debut album Something Good Out of Nothing in 2025.
Earlier this year he performed as lead singer and saxophonist alongside Pick Withers of Dire Straits at PizzaExpress Live at The Pheasantry, and now returns with his own band and expanded live show.
Following a winter residency in Totnes, Devon, workshopping new material, Luke brings this evolving project to London, presenting new compositions alongside songs from his debut record.
Luke Marzec is a British-Polish singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist whose music blends soul, jazz and pulsing grooves into a distinctive and emotionally rich sound. At the centre of his work is his rich, booming and soulful voice, anchoring a musical style that sits somewhere between the laid-back warmth of Dope Lemon and the timeless depth of Ray Charles.
Marzec studied classical and jazz saxophone under Mornington Lockett, at the Royal College of Music Junior Department, at which time he was also a member of the National Youth Wind Ensemble of Great Britain, then widely regarded as one of the world’s leading wind ensembles.
