@6.00pm

Joviale makes music that feels like a show; drama lies in the tension between pop impulse and something more cerebral and sensorial.

A multidisciplinary artist from north London, they work across mediums, fusing components of visual art, performance and recording into a singular world. Their prismatic creative expression blends the electric and soulful; it’s dashed with jazzy experimentation, rhythmic rock and vibrant sound design.

Their 2021 EP Hurricane Belle, caught the attention of Pitchfork and Crack Magazine. In 2025, they released their full-length debut, Mount Crystal, an ascendant conceptual album brimming and bursting with life – peril, humour and the buzz of the human spirit.

Loie (pronounced Low-eee) is a Brixton-born songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and BRIT School alumna who has carved a unique lane in the UK music scene. Masterfully blending the organic textures of jazz with the sleekness of modern R&B, her sound reflects her rich Chinese-Trinidadian and British heritage.
