27 Jun 2026
@12.30pm

This lunchtime recital presents a big range of music from baroque, through a Brazilian fusion with Bach, to some of the 20th-century's most beautiful works from American and Czech composers. This programme is full of satisfying harmonies, lyrical and nostalgic melodies, and lively music inspired by Eastern European folk tunes, all in one concert.

Hanna Woźniak is a flautist from Warsaw in Poland, currently based in London. This year she is finishing her Master’s Degree as the Worshipful Company of Needlemakers named scholar, on the Orchestral Artistry Course at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, studying with Philippa Davies, Gareth Davies, Christopher Green, and Ian Clarke.

Hanna’s first steps in the professional world involve performing in the Queen Elizabeth’s Hall in Southbank, in the Barbican with Sir Simon Rattle, with the London Symphony Orchestra, with the Royal Ballet and Opera in Covent Garden, and with the Oxford Philharmonic.
